The Ecopap Positive Pressure Device provides the means for the exchange of natural gases, oxygen, and carbon dioxide. This is the exchange between the lungs and the atmosphere. This open lung tool enables alveoli expansion continuously without the opening /closing pressures associated with mechanical ventilation or Electric and battery operated devices https://www.freshpatents.com>Peron-Pierre
The ecopap nasal device applies continuous airway pressure to maintain adequate lung volume and promote alveolar recruitment allowing a continuous release phase to a lower pressure and the removal of secretions (This alternative lung approach is utilized by allowing patients to spontaneously breathe). It would be desirable to have a device which when applied will improve oxygenation and decrease work of breathing, while maintaining positive end expiratory pressure (peep). Furthermore it is desirable to have a device which is environmentally safe. The positive pressure device utilizes all medical gases. Still further this device is cost efficient, there is a need in the medical industry to have this tool to improve the lives of many individuals with insufficient oxygenation and lung complications. This device the first of its kind will inflate the lungs and allow passive exhalation to atmospheric pressure while maintaining a sustained positive end expiratory pressure.

Peron Pierre, a Registered Respiratory Therapist residing in Brooklyn, New York. My initial introduction into the medical field began as a United States Medic, which led me to obtaining a degree in Respiratory Therapy from New York University in 1992. Inspired by numerous colleagues and community leaders, I founded and developed PG Deliverance in 2007, a home-based medical device company. In 2010, I invented the Ecopap positive pressure device and the infant tracheal device, designed specifically for infants and adults in need of instant supplemental positive pressure support to the lungs. There are currently a number of solutions with this similar objective, however the Ecopap produces positive end expiratory pressure without the use of mechanical ventilation. The absence of a battery puts prominence on its sustainable economic, environmental, and physiological factors. My overall mission is to inspire and improve the health disparities of my community through my work.
The Ecopap Positive Pressure nasal device provides PEEP therapy without the use of mechanical ventilators.
This invention relates to an infant tracheal device used with a source air pressure that provides transmission of continuous positive pressure into the lungs of a infant breathing spontaneously using a single inspiratory line. A one-way valve placed within the tube will not allow pressure to return through the inspiratory line.As the flow enters the lungs via a cuff less tracheal tube.A minimal amount of pressure will now be necessary to keep the lungs open.Involuntary exhalation occurs as the exhaled lung volume goes around both the cuff less tracheal tube and out through the nose and mouth of the infant.
